Cider vinegar from the ‘Särkov’, as the locals lovingly call the Saargau area. It is characterised by a multitude of fruit tree meadows on the slopes gently rising above the Merziger Becken where smaller rivers join the Saar.
The Saargau area is well-known for its ancient varieties of apple, from which we derive our cider vinegar. They allow us to find just the right balance of acidity, purity of taste and delicate aroma.
